Bill Moore with 4 hits and Ed McColgan with 3 led the Sun Tavern attack. John Malone put the game away with a base-clearing bases-loaded double in the seventh inning. Pitcher Mike Garcia picked up the win and Dennis Baker earned a Goose Gossage-like three-inning save.
