Game Summaries:
Deegan Roofing 13, Linwood Boys 12
The Deegan Roofers hung on to win 13-12 over the Linwood Boys in a back and forth battle all night. John Rachko had an excellent night on the mound and had a perfect night at the plate going 3-3 including a triple.  Don Miller and Art Paradise also had perfect 3-3 nights to lead the Roofers’ attack.
Kenilworth VFW 19, Angry Joe's 18
Kenilworth VFW outlasted Angry Joe's in a slugfest on Monday night, winning by a score of 19-18.  Kenilworth led by a score of 13-4 heading into the bottom of the 5th only to see Angry Joe's come roaring back.  Every time VFW moved comfortably ahead; Angry Joe's came back. They rallied in the bottom of the 7th only to fall 1 run short.   Kenilworth VFW was led by Bob D'Meo and Keith Durrett each with home runs.  Tom DeRocco, Bill McCormack, Chris Kaminski, and Daniel Mendoza each chipped in with 3 hits.
AJ Jersey 7, Yogi’s Boys 6
AJ got off to a 6-run lead but Yogis Boys fought back to tie it up at 6-6 going into the bottom of the 7th.  For AJ Jersey, Juan Lisojo, got the game winning hit for the win!  
NJ Governmental Services 13, DeBellis Associates 9
NJGS defeated DeBellis 13-9. By the 3rd inning NJGS had a 13-2 lead and used solid defense to bring home the win.  At the plate for AJ Rich Conklin went 3 for 3 with a HR. Bill Moore, Tomas Cruz and winning pitcher Carl Herman each had three hits. Steve Falco, Joe Attanasi and Keith McDede contributed 2 hits apiece. 
Swan Hotel 21, AJ Jersey 11
This game at Linden Memorial Park was close until Swan Hotel broke things open with a 6-run third inning and then cruised to a 21-11 victory. Leading the Swannie offense were Mike Rzewuski (4 fo4, HR, 4 RBI), and James Nardello (4 for4, 2B, 3 RBI). Doug Fischer took the hill for Swan and recorded the win.
Awnings Galore 7, Kenilworth VFW 6
On a windy day at Rahway Park, Awnings Galore edged out Kenilworth VFW by a score of 7-6.  This was a seesaw battle with the score tied at 4 going into the 7th inning.  Awnings put up a 3 spot in the top of the 7th only to see Kenilworth VFW answer with 2 in the bottom half only to fall a run short.  Kenilworth VFW was led by Chris Kaminski, Tom DeRocco, and Greg Thomas with 2 hits apiece.  Greg Thomas blasted a two run double in the seventh inning that put Kenilworth in position to potentially tie or win the game but the Veterans fell a hit short.
Linwood II 21, NJ Gov. Service 12
Linwood II soared past NJGS 21-12. Leading the Linwood team were Bob Glassman with a 5 for 5 night. Mike Christoff went 3 for 3 and Willie Schumate got on base 4 times with 2 hits/2 walks.   At the plate for the GMen Joe Hrubash, Joe Attanasi (HR), Keith McDede, Bill Moore,and  Frank Verducci had 2 hits apiece.
Deegan Roofing 20, Yogi's Boys 10
The Deegan Roofers scored early to take a 19-2 lead and ended the night winning 20-10 over Yogi's Boys. Tom Donnelly had 2 hits including a HR and Don Miller had 3 hits with a HR to lead the Roofers. Other Roofers with three hits each were Art Paradise, John Rachko, Chris Jones and Mike Geertsma.
